Personality:Yuffie is a very cocky and proud young girl. At times, she can be aggressive and rebellious. She is a complete tomboy as well. Yuffie always strives to complete her goals, even if they are a little out of whack. Part of her proudness, Yuffie gives herself titles such as The great Ninja Yuffie or the single white rose of Wutai. She is also obsessed with Materia and steals it from travelers.
Besides all the bad points, Yuffie is a caring girl. She cares for the safety of people and will do anything to protect them. She is also very clever and cunning, and a quick thinker. She is a good problem solver and is able to think herself out of a tough situation quickly. She is also a very clumsy person, and can trip over anything.
History:Yuffie was born to the leader of Wutai around the end of the Wutai war. She had lost her mother to illness when she was a young girl. The ninja watched her beautiful Wutai turn into a tourist attraction as she grew up.
Yuffie encounters the Turk in Wutai, where AVALANCHE setup a stronghold in the pagoda. Being chased by AVALANCHE, she is saved by a Turk and starts planning to steal materia. She follows them into a cave where she accidently presses a detonator and escapes, then flees.
Yuffie did not like the fact that after the war, her father had turned Wutai into a tourist attraction. She wanted to restore it to its former glory, so Yuffie stole information from her fatherand began sending Zack emails about rare treasure, intending to ambush him to steal from him or seize the treasure for herself. She fails and continues to send Zack emails. She manages to steal Zack’s Bahamut Fury materia and she escapes. She mails it back to him a few days later, not understanding how to use it.
Yuffie is is a Materia hunter. She can be found in various forests on The Planet.
Yuffie later steals the party's Materia when they enter Wutai, and they must chase her and save her from Don Corneo before she returns them. She then proves herself to her father by beating the bosses of Wutai's Five Story Pagoda, and her father begins to understand the reasoning behind her position. At the end of disc one, it is possible to get Cloud to go on a date with either her, Aeris, Tifa, or even Barret. At the date, however, Cloud ignores all of Yuffie's moves on him, and gets smacked more than twice. She is the only character to kiss Cloud in the date sequence, although it is only on the cheek and Cloud stays quiet after she kisses him, creating an awkward silence that makes Yuffie feel embarrassed.
It is later explained that she and Vincent were absent from the Highwind after the final battle because they went to Midgar to help evacuate the citizens and Shinra personnel before Meteor hit. After placing an injured Rufus Shinra aboard a helicopter, Yuffie warns Vincent to be careful in his search of the Mako Cannon. She later saves him as the building collapses from a lightning strike.
Likes: Materia, running, being a ninja, Wutai, helping people, fighting, being a “smart ass”, her attitude.
Dislikes: Sephiroth, people stealing her materia, Shin-Ra, evil, planes, boats, motion sickness, being made fun of, not being able to help people, being kept out of a fight.

RP Sample: Yuffie ran down the road, Materia in her arms. She was running from a gang of bandits who she stole from. The ninja had a large smirk on her face as she ran. The great ninja of Wutai was home free. She laughed as she jumped up into the tree, hiding from the bandits, who continued to run below her. She placed the materia into her pouch and she held one up, watching it glisten in the sun light.
“I love my job!” Yuffie exclaimed, before falling out of the tree and landing on her back.
“GAH!” she said in frustration and she then stood up and brushed herself off. She started running in the opposite direction back to her home town, Wutai. She skipped as she continued to hold the piece of Materia in her hand. The dark haired ninja was in a happy mood, something that she wasn’t for a long time. She was always happy when she had materia in her hands.
Yuffie continued to walk when she noticed something odd. She silently walked up to it, and noticed that it was just a piece of materia laying on the ground. She realized she must have dropped it and she picked it up.
